Community  Art  Project

Our community is more than numbers and data.

Community Art Project

The Community Art Project is Now Complete.

With deep gratitude, we thank every artist, participant, storyteller, community partner, volunteer, and supporter who contributed to the Pride in Numbers Community Art Project.

Together, you helped create a visual archive of Two-Spirit and LGBTQIA+ life in Oregon—one that captures not only our challenges, but also our joy, resilience, creativity, relationships, cultures, and visions for the future. Each contribution added another thread to a collective story that is larger than any one individual.

This project was rooted in the belief that art is a form of knowledge, memory, and community expression. The works shared through this project help document our experiences on our own terms and ensure that our communities are reflected not only in data, but also in creativity, culture, and lived experience.

Art is visibility. Art is storytelling. Art is community action.

Thank you for helping create a lasting legacy of community knowledge, self-determination, and collective imagination. We are honored to have witnessed and shared in your creativity
